If your family lives in the school district of Hortonville and will continue to need transportation for your students(s), contact the HASD Transportation to keep on the bus roster. If the bus system hasn't transported your student(s), contact them to get on their bus roster.

If you've moved, fill out a new Alternative Transportation Form.
