Tuition Assistance Application for 2018-19

Updated on Apr 13, 2018 01:08 PM by Prillwitz, Stacy

Parents,

Your commitment to a Christian Education for your children is God-pleasing and will prepare your children for life and eternity. We understand, though, that this commitment impacts families financially. Therefore, Mount Olive has set up a process by which you can request financial assistance. A need-based tuition assistance fund has been developed and is supported by donations and SCRIP. If you find that the cost of tuition may prohibit you from continuing to enroll your child(ren) at Mount Olive, we ask that you fill out the attached tuition assistance form and submit it at your earliest convenience. A tuition assistance subcommittee reviews the applications and awards financial assistance to families based on their need and the amount of funds available. Please note that the Tuition Assistance Application window has been moved from its normal spot in the calendar. We will begin accepting applications on Monday, April 16th and will close the application window on Friday, May 18th.

In order to submit this application and supporting documents, you can either:

1. scan all documents into an electronic format and email to education@mountoliveappleton.com , or

2. mail all documents to Mount Olive Lutheran School, Attn: Jeff Schultz, or

2. seal all documents in an envelope and drop it of in a church mailbox in the hallway (MO 313).

If you have any questions about this application, please contact the Board of Christian Education Treasurer Jeff Schultz (education@mountoliveappleton.com).
