FVL Football Coach Seth Jaeger has asked you to take an important survey that will impact the future of our Junior Foxes Football Team.  Appleton Pop Warner has discontinued its middle school program. FLV's plan is to create a combined team with Xavier that will be coached by Xavier and FVL coaches. We need to find out how many future football players our FVL Schools will be able to supply.
