faith and inject Jesus into every interaction. As approved by the voters at the June 24th voters’ meeting Mount
Olive is looking to fill the newly created position of Operations Manager. This position is intended to maximize
the time of the Mount Olive shepherds and principal. The Operations Manager will serve as a point person for
daily, time-sensitive operational issues. The Operations Manager will daily be responsible for administration and
management, particularly when it pertains to the church and school offices, hourly personnel, property, and
finance. The Operations Manager is a full-time, hired, non-called, salaried, benefit-eligible position open to any
WELS member in good standing. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or
equivalent experience. Eligible candidates would preferably bring at least 3-5 years prior supervisory and/or
office management experience and the demonstrated ability to consistently manage multiple projects,
deadlines, and tasks in an organized fashion. This person will work 40 hours per week, primarily Monday-Friday
7:30am to 4:30pm, with evenings and weekends as necessary for meetings and events. This position will be
posted in the WELS United Federation, and interviews will be held to secure the best candidate for the position.
